Charges are made at a rate per minute - that is for each minute of recorded rather than for each minute it takes to transcribe. This method of charging has been adopted so that you know your costs right from the start.
For digital sound files the standard rate £1.60 per minute. There is a minimum charge of £25.
The fast turnround rate for work returned with 24 hours, over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday it is £1.78.
Extra charges may have to be made if there is poor sound quality or for very large focus groups however any additional charges will be agreed with you BEFORE we commence your work.
All charges are excluding VAT and are effective from 1st April 2024.
